Despite being so important, the passion has been little studied and often misunderstood.
We often talk about the passion to refer to the work of artists, creators and people who develop science and innovation, but not to discuss the daily work of the rest of us.

Where is the passion?
Passionate people are everywhere. They are not bound by geography, by job classification, an institutional affiliation or a demographic category. We find them in the receipt of large offices or in the garages of Silicon Valley.
What unites all these people is the desire to make a difference, to make the world a better place than you found and associate with others who share your passion.
While people with passion is everywhere, is not always distributed evenly, but tends to meet on the margins, just where they meet the unmet needs with untapped capabilities, because the margins are fertile ground for innovation.
Do all we can develop passion?
We can say that human being means being passionate. Although throughout the centuries, many religions and political movements have sought to channel and remove this need.
Passion is not passive. People with passion is motivated by the search and creation. Read books, watch others, but they are not happy being just spectators. They have an overwhelming urge to get involved firsthand experience and test their capabilities.
In fact, the word passion comes from the Latin “pati” meaning to endure suffering. Deprive us of many things when we follow our passions. We are often frustrated because we long to move quicker, but encounter obstacles from all sides (even within us) that seem to block our progress.
Despite this, unhappiness does not discourage us, is a natural result of wanting something so deeply we are motivated to face any obstacle.
