In preparation for these sessions we surveyed the literature, talked to experts for trends gaining momentum in the business world, we review podcast, blogs and other sources. This effort, which was far from exhaustive, yielded interesting results. Through the number of hits (hits) received, we took a first step in the process of prioritizing the list of items to share at the meeting. From this first filter was refined analysis to reach conclusions grouped in three categories: concepts, opportunities and tools.

Innovation was the concept that generated more hits, by far. In particular, innovation in the business model is attracting attention, time and company resources. Apparently, there has been an interesting and visible migration over recent years the focus of innovation. Without abandoning its roots, it has evolved from a focus on the product, in its conception, creation and development, to one where the burden is on the processes, whether manufacturing, supply, or operational, until today to innovation in the business model.

And it is precisely this search for innovation in the business model that companies are using more of the elements that we identified – filtered by “Geometrical” – to grow and reduce costs.

For example, the global business community represented by companies like Incentive’s, Mechanical Turk Top Coder and put at our disposal numerous talents from around the world via the Internet. Also, other tools such as cloud computing, “crowd sourcing, open source and social networks are helping to significantly improve efficiency and reduce operating costs for many companies.

Low cost products, the payment for use, green business, new geographies and application of mobile technology are examples of opportunities that are constantly being evaluated in this new context.

You might think to put a coffee cannot be good business, as currently there are many coffee outlets franchise type, then what chance I have.

The business opportunities are many, because we can always find something to stand out from others, this is the key.

The cafes are increasingly visited by young people, seeking a meeting to talk with friends, homework or even to do besusins.

A good place might be near a school or a university, where there are younger.

The services can also be included are coffee and tea, cold drinks, a menu of sweet and salty foods among others.

If you think your cafeteria as a meeting place between young people and adults, your facility should be as comfortable as possible. It is also important (optional) that has a wireless Internet connection.

This way your customers can make more activities and want to stay longer, and still consume more of your products.

These are just some ideas of business to sell coffee. Remember you can always create new things that meet the needs of your customers.
